I'm Brayden Toulouse, a hospitality and events professional currently focused on event operations for a luxury boutique hotel. I enjoy working in environments where operations, people, and details come together to create experiences that feel seamless to guests and clients.

My background includes fine dining and upscale bar management, as well as meetings, social events, and banquets. I've had the opportunity to work on a wide range of programs and occasions, where I've learned how much details matter -- and how the best service often feels invisible.

I'm especially interested in expanding my work into planning and designing guest experiences. I've enjoyed the high-touch service design of executive meetings and luxury celebrations, and I'm particularly interested in incentive travel and related program design. I'm drawn to roles where I can combine my strengths in logistics, service, and systems design while continuing to grow in guest experience design.

I am currently pursuing my B.S. in Hospitality Management at Texas A&M University, with an expected graduation date of December 2026. During my studies, I've focused on event management and tourism and have enjoyed applying what I learn directly in my day-to-day work.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy stories--books and film alike--and tinkering with technology. I value good design and intentionality, whether in products, programs, or people. I'm always interested in connecting with individuals working in corporate travel, executive meetings, and incentive program design, and in contributing meaningful work to teams that appreciate the value of well-planned experiences.
